I've heard that Eastenders had a crossover with Doctor Who. Do you know if it was a real crossover (in the sense that it was clear they shared the same universe) or if it was a zonk (like one show being portrayed as fictional in the other show's world)?

I consider it TV canon. You can find it in several parts on YouTube as "Dimensions In Time"
