As we usually do with each "Who's On First?", we pay tribute to those actors, directors, and writers with connections to 'Doctor Who' who have passed away in this past year.  I may have missed a few and I will add them when I find out about them....

(This loss hurt….)

BILL TURNBULL - Played himself as host of ‘Breakfast’ in “The Wedding Of River Song” in which he interviewed Charles Dickens.

QUEEN ELIZABETH II - Her Royal Televersion influenced many TV shows and ‘Doctor Who’ was no exception.  Her Majesty appeared in archival footage and in a photograph, and was portrayed by several actresses.  “Silver Nemesis”, “The Christmas Invasion”, “The Idiot's Lantern”, “Voyage of the Damned”.

CHRIS BOUCHER - Writer of “The Face Of Evil” 1-4, “The Robots Of Death” 1-4 (my first ‘Doctor Who’ story), “Image Of The Fendahl” 1-4

If you know of anyone whom I might have missed, let me know.
