The Facebook group, The 66 Ramblers, specialize in colorizing 'Doctor Who' pictures from the black & white years.  (They also do amazing 360° panoramas as well.)

And when you're talking about the black & white years, you're talking Patrick Troughton as the Second Incarnation.  (My favorite Doctor!)
