Richard Gordon is an Iddiot of good standing in the Idiot's Delight Digest, a Yahoo group dedicated to legendary free-form deejay Vin Scelsa (now heard on Sirius radio). In today's group mailing, he provided a link to a recent blipvert for the Washington state lottery.
I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the area seen in the commercial was the live-action version of "Bloom County"......
