I had to finally turn off episode #2 after twenty minutes.
Of which I only saw seven, tops.
I kept nodding off and waking up to find new people or different conversations from where I left off.
But even so, could 'Charlie Jade' be any more dense and plodding than this?
I'm all for mood and atmosphere, but dammit! Give us some adventure!
It's feeling way too nihilistic and distopian for me.
I'll try it again when I'm more awake, but this may be a series in which I'll end up bailing out.
