Beginning tomorrow, I have a special multi-part (at least five posts)
edition of an old favorite of mine, "Crossing Zone" - in which I take an episode
from 'The Twilight Zone' and theoretically connect it to another TV show.
This time, I've struck paydirt with a bonanza of shows which could be connected to the chosen episode.
I won't give it away but I will share most of the episodes to be invoked over the coming week. With one of them, you'll have to go to YouTube to see it as embedding was disabled. (Boo!) And there's another - 'The Munsters'/"Far-Out Munsters" - which is only available via Amazon.com for a small price. (But you probably won't need that one to figure out the connecting T-Zone episode.
So if you've got nothing better to do while you wait for Hurricane Sandy AKA this so-called "Frankenstorm" to pass by (at least here on the East Coast), why not watch these classic TV show episodes?
See if you can guess what 'Twilight Zone' episode I've chosen to connect them all.......
'Peter Gunn' - "Murder On The Midway"
'The Invaders' - "Doomsday Minus One"
'Night Gallery' - "Doll of Death"
'Alfred Hitchcock Presents' - "The Gloating Place"
'The Waltons' - "The Carnival"
'Peter Gunn' - "The Coffin"
'Banacek' - "Pilot"
'Bachelor Father' - "Where There's A Will"
This couldn't be embedded, so you'll have to go to YouTube to watch it.
