This is a turkey schnitzel.
I'm not sure if my friend Javier Andino made this as part of his cooking
class, or if it was his lunch order last week and he liked it so much he
photographed it. (Thankfully before he digested it.)
However, when I saw the picture, the first thing I thought was - I wish I
had my 'Star Trek' action figures there......
