It's a fun idea, sure. I always loved the way Rusty and the Grand Moff played with the show's canon and tweaked its history. All very "Back To The Future 2".
But as for this? Noooo......
Even if the Thirteenth Incarnation was then forced to re-do all of the adventures of the Second Incarnation, the Timeline would be forever ruined and the contributions of my favorite, Patrick Troughton, would be dismissed.
It would also cause a closed circle if Jodie's Doctor then was forced into the regeneration to Pertwee's Incarnation.
Too much heavy thinking for such a fun little meme!
