WHO MEME TIME AGAIN - A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "TEN" & "ELEVEN"

One thing to be said about the fans of 'Doctor Who' - they're a very observant bunch.  Of course, it helps that they watch the episodes over and over again, so this stuff fairly jumps out screaming for attention.

The maker of this meme noticed this difference between the actual "Thirteenth" Incarnation of the Doctor and his predecessor, the true "Eleventh" Doctor:

Thirteenth celebrated Clara's attempt to speak a native language, while "Ten" discouraged his Companions from attempting to speak the English of the time (in cliche form).  Even though she was probably making it up, she apparently lucked out and hit on the proper syntax.....
