While I was off on vacation, one of my best friends took a dip into the more realistic side of Toobworld: by getting interviewed on WABC here in New York.Mark Thompson was at the rally for gay marriage on Sixth Avenue in midtown a few Sundays back and presented a reasoned argument as to why he should be allowed the right to be as miserable as everybody else. And he even got the chance to show off a photo of himself and his boyfriend Michael Cleary, another of my good buddies. (The three of us are uncles to the lovely little Rhiannon over in Taiwan - but I get the official distinction of being her god-father as well!)
